With over 30 years of leadership experience across commercial and non-profit operational environments, I understand what it takes to lead under pressure, navigate complexity and make high-stakes decisions. I’ve seen the realities of leadership first-hand, the pressure, responsibility, self-doubt, burnout and expectations that come with being the person others rely on. I’ve also made the mistakes, done the deep work and invested heavily in my own growth, so my clients don’t have to learn everything the hard way.
Today, I work as a DCEO, Leadership Coach, Mentor and Consultant supporting ambitious leaders to align who they are with the impact they’re truly here to make. My work goes beyond surface-level leadership development. I combine strategic leadership expertise with intuitive, immersive coaching to help clients identify hidden blocks, shift limiting beliefs and lead with greater confidence, clarity and self-trust.
I’ve supported clients to secure promotions, regulate emotions under pressure, strengthen their leadership presence and transform the way they move through life and business.

A different perspective on leadership
I believe effective leadership development needs to address more than skills, strategy, and performance. The most significant barriers to leadership can often sit beneath the surface- in beliefs, behaviours, emotional patterns, and the stories we tell ourselves about what we are capable of.
My work combines strategic leadership expertise with psychological and intuitive coaching, helping clients identify blind spots, shift limiting beliefs, and develop greater confidence, clarity and self-trust.

Experience at the highest level
My career and public service have given me an unusually broad perspective on leadership and organisational impact. I’ve worked across commercial and non-profit environments and have held senior leadership positions, including my current role as Deputy CEO of a National non-profit.
My contribution to public and community life was recognised in the 2022 Platinum Jubilee Honours, when I was awarded an OBE. I’ve also contributed my expertise to major media organisations including the BBC, Sky News, and Channel 4..
These experiences have shaped a leadership philosophy centred on purpose, responsibility, courage, and impact.
Today, I work with leaders who want more than conventional coaching. Through leadership coaching, executive coaching, consultancy, and leadership development, I help people understand themselves more deeply, lead more consciously, and step fully into the responsibility - and possibility - of leadership.
